Wireless

DSL

Imagine not having to dial up every time you want to check your e-mail, having web sites load instantly and downloads finish in a fraction of the usual time. Excel.Net is pleased to introduce our new high-speed DSL Internet service. Now you can have a dedicated, high-speed Internet connection with the same service and reliability that you have come to expect from Excel.Net. Analog

The most common service. All of Excel.Net's standard analog modems run the industry standard v.90 protocol, which allows modems to reach speeds of up to 56 Kbps*!

*current FCC laws prohibit modems from obtaining speeds greater than 53,333 bps.

Digital

Analog not fast enough for you? Try Integrated Services Digital Network! ISDN allows for a purely digital connection at speeds of up to 128 Kbps! That's more than twice as fast as an analog modem! ISDN is also much more stable, since the connection is digital from your house to Excel.Net, which means disconnecting problems and unstable connections will be a thing of the past!

To get ISDN, you must have your local phone company run a special digital line to your house, and you will also need an ISDN modem. Analog modems will become unusable if they try to use the raw power of ISDN.

Dedicated

Do you need to be connected to the Internet 24 hours/day? Then a dedicated line might be what you are looking for. Excel.Net can provide dedicated connections ranging from 56 Kbps to a full T1 line, which operates at a speed of 1.5 Mbps. Whatever your dedicated needs may be, we are here to help you!

Hosting

Everyone has their own website these days, why not you too? All Excel.Net customers receive a standard web directory with 5 MB of space so you can design your own web pages. Excel.Net also has service plans that allow for more advanced websites that include Microsoft Frontpage extensions, cgi-bin capabilities, or other services depending on your needs. We also register domain names for our customers at a small fee. We can also provide you with a virtual FTP directory for allowing file downloads on your site.
